I found a use full tool with notepad . which can help you to track back your daily works.

1. Open a blank Notepad file
2. Write .LOG (in uppercase) in the first line of the file, followed by Enter. Save the file and close it.
3. Double-click the file to open it and notice that Notepad appends the current date and time to the end of the file and places the cursor on the line after.
4. Type your notes and then save and close the file.
5. Each time you open the file, Notepad repeats the process, appending the time and date to the end of the file and placing the cursor below it.

Set a shortcut key for this

1. the directory where you saved it .
2. Right click and create a short cut for this to desktop.
3. You may go to desktop.
4. Right click on the shortcut
5. you can see the menus open the properties.
6. There you can see a shortcut key focus the cursor in this column and assign any short key.
7.Apply new change.

Now our tool is ready to use you can open this with your short key so after typing our needs you

This will use full for track back our works and notes by date and time .
